The Haverhill, Massachusetts Lions Club was chartered on November 27, 1944 by The International Association of Lions Clubs. The 1944-1945 Haverhill Lions Club membership consisted of 28 Haverhill citizens dedicated and determined to the betterment of those less fortunate and to the Haverhill community. The Honorable Salvatore Faraci was the Club's first Charter President.

Haverhill Lions Club's home district is Massachusetts District 33N, a sub-district of Massachusetts Multiple District 33.
