Regular Meeting.
Haverhill Lion Sharon Potter, PCST, was endorsed by the Haverhill
Lions Club on Tuesday, September 21, 2004 for her candidacy for
District 33N Vice District Governor, 2005-2006.

The Haverhill Lions Club voted on Tuesday, September 21, 2004,
at our regular club meeting, to Amend the Haverhill Lions Club
Constitution and By-laws.
Current:
Article VIII – Board of Directors – #2 ‘Regular
meetings of the Board of Directors will be held monthly at such
time and place as determined by the Board.’
The proposed amendment is:
Article VIII – Board of Directors – #2 ‘Regular
meetings of the Board of Directors will be to bi-monthly at such
time and place as determined by the Board.’
The acceptance or decline of
this amendment was reflective on the majority of the vote. Please
defend your position by attending the meeting.

Regular Meeting.
The Haverhill Lions Club "First Regular Meeting" for
the 2004-2005 year was held on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at
6:30 pm at Maria’s Family Restaurant, 81-83 Essex Street,
Haverhill, MA.
August 2004
Haverhill Lions Club Life Member Steve Cote passed away - August
2004. The Haverhill Lions Club expresses our deepest sympathy
to Steve's family and friends.
