There will be a vote on Tuesday, September 5, 2004, at our regular club meeting to amend the Haverhill Lions Club Constitution and By-laws. Current: Article VIII – Board of Directors – #2 ‘Regular meetings of the Board of Directors will be held monthly at such time and place as determined by the Board.’ The proposed amendment is: Article VIII – Board of Directors – #2 ‘Regular meetings of the Board of Directors will be to bi-monthly at such time and place as determined by the Board.’ The acceptance or decline of this amendment will be reflective on the majority of the vote. Please defend your position by attending the meeting.
